Juba, April 27, 2026 — His Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit has held talks with the King of the Collo Kingdom, Kuongo Dak Padiet, focusing on key national issues and the country’s path toward stability and democratic governance.

During the meeting, King Dak expressed his full support for the upcoming elections, offering his blessing and encouraging President Kiir to guide the nation toward a peaceful and credible democratic transition.

H.E. the President underscored the importance of collective responsibility, noting that national progress requires unity, transparency, and a shared commitment to the common good.
