The Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining clear operational mandates between the two institutions in order to strengthen efficiency, transparency, and overall sector governance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">President Kiir instructed the Minister of Presidential Affairs, Hon.
